Trailing 12-Month Declaration

Zero Political Funding Pledge — Version 1.0 — 1 August 2026

The declaration

The signatory, being authorised to make this declaration on behalf of the applicant, declares that, to the best of the signatory's knowledge after making reasonable enquiries within the Declared Group:

1. in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of this application, no member of the Declared Group made a Political Donation (as defined in the Pledge, version as accepted with this application); and
2. the composition of the Declared Group stated in this application is complete and accurate.

Acknowledgments

The signatory acknowledges that:

1. this declaration is a statement of past fact, distinct from the forward-looking Pledge;
2. the scheme operator's screening covers only the published AEC Transparency Register and cannot independently verify the 12-month period covered by this declaration — the operator relies substantially on this declaration in deciding whether to grant certification;
3. a declaration that is untrue or misleading in a material respect is grounds for immediate revocation of certification under the Member Agreement; and
4. the applicant must notify the operator within 14 days if it becomes aware that this declaration was inaccurate when made.
